We would like to share with you our exciting adventure of the past months. The UltraForklifts team put in a lot of effort to successfully deliver three exceptional forklifts (Toyota forklifts, a Combilift side forklift and a diesel forklift) to three extraordinary locations.
Our adventure began with one of the oldest countries in Europe – Portugal. This country not only enchants with its landscapes, but is also the home of one of the most outstanding footballers – Cristiano Ronaldo. And while you’re in Portugal, be sure to try bacalhau – dried, salted cod, which is the national dish. Our destination in this beautiful country with a rich culinary tradition, however, was a local establishment. Happily, and without any problems, we arrived with a sturdy Toyota forklift, with an impressive capacity of 2.5 tonnes (2,5 t forklifts) and equipped with a Toyota triplex mast. It was an unforgettable journey!
Our next stop was Budapest, the capital of Hungary, where we delivered a revolutionary Combilift (4t forklift) side-lift truck that transformed local logistics. We took the opportunity to learn that Budapest’s metro is one of the oldest in the world, with the underground railway having opened in 1896. We were surprised, to say the least, to learn that Hungary’s national sport is water soccer and that on the Hungarian plains you can even come across cowboys, known as csikos.
The last, but equally important destination of our trip, was Germany. Not only is this country at the forefront of many inventions, including the car, television and the computer, but it is also famous for its wealth of sausages and beers. Germany has almost 1,000 varieties of sausage and as many as 5,000 types of beer. Probably no one manages to taste them all. We, for one, are happy that our German customer was satisfied with the entire logistics process, which was provided by our team. Now the Baumann internal combustion forklift contributes to efficient logistics in the German company.
