A trip to Austria with our specialist forklift Mast Explorer became an unforgettable adventure for us. During it, we noticed that Austria is a country with an extremely rich history and influence. Did you know that, among others, the famous Hollywood actor, former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the most famous sports car designer and manufacturer, Ferdinand Porsche, were born here?
But let’s get back to our forklift. The decision to purchase the Mast Explorer was based on the precise needs of our customer. Together, we determined what would be most useful in his day-to-day work.
We decided that a 4×4 forklift truck, ideally suited to the difficult terrain found in Austria, would be the best choice. As much as 62% of the country is covered by snow-covered mountains, making it a paradise for skiing enthusiasts, with more than 430 ski resorts. For our client, however, such a geographical location means snow, mud, sand and stones that no forklift could cope with. Therefore, after consultation, our new friend opted for a four wheel drive forklift for sale. Its low mast makes it perfect for the most demanding tasks in these conditions. It’s a real toughie with a maximum lifting capacity of 3 tonnes (3 tonne forklift), and despite its power it has only worked 633 hours previously. With the help of the Mast Explorer, it is easy to overcome any obstacle, ensuring efficiency and safety during daily operations.
The adventure of delivering this powerful 4×4 forklift for sale to Austria was accompanied by fascinating interesting facts about the country. We learned that in a ranking assessing 221 major metropolises, Vienna is recognised as the city with the highest quality of life in the world. It even surpassed New York. We were also interested to learn that in Austrian schools, 1 is the best and 5 is the worst grade and that as many as 19 Nobel Prizes are in Austrian hands.

Unfortunately, we were not able to make it to the oldest pub in Salzburg, founded in 803, which is the longest running in Austria and one of the oldest in the world. But we certainly won’t leave it out of our next order from this country!
