Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing

We will use your personal data in order to process your order, the sale and its settlement i.e. Art. 6 para. 1 b. RODO (sales contract); to comply with legal obligations, including in particular tax and accounting obligations or archiving obligations i.e. art. 6 para. 1 c. RODO (legal obligation); prescription and redress i.e. art. 6.1 f. RODO (legitimate interest), as well as for the purposes referred to in the content of separately expressed consents i.e. art. 6 para. 1 a. RODO (consent). The provision of data is necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes. In the case of consent, the provision of data is voluntary. Failure to provide data will not adversely affect your legal situation, but will prevent the fulfilment of these purposes.

Period of storage of personal data

We will store your personal data until the aforementioned purposes have been fulfilled, i.e. the service has been provided and billed, and thereafter for the period prescribed by law (including the statute of limitations for claims), including in particular tax law and the archiving of documentation. In the case of legitimate interest until an effective objection is lodged. In the case of granted consent until it is withdrawn, which, however, does not affect the period before it is withdrawn.

Recipients of data

We may pass on data to entities with whom we cooperate, e.g.: importer and vehicle manufacturer, suppliers and service providers of information and communication technology (IT) services, companies involved in the sale of our products or website maintenance. In addition, data is made available to authorised state authorities, e.g. the Tax Office.

Rights in connection with the processing of personal data

You are entitled to:

  1. to withdraw your consent to data processing, if granted,
  2. access to your personal data,
  3. rectification of personal data,
  4. erasure of personal data,
  5. to restrict the processing of your personal data,
  6. to lodge an objection – in cases where we use the data on the basis of Article 6(1) f. RODO.
  7. portability of personal data, insofar as this is technically possible and concerns data processed under contract or on the basis of consent given.
